Please read our Returns Policy below carefully as you agree to this when you make a purchase from us.
Return policy
If you find that your item doesn't fit quite right, we'll be happy to make an exchange. Although our inventory sells quickly and we can't guarantee that exchanges will be available in the size you want. Returns are refunded via store credit only.
Please note that Vola´t Boutique does not accept the following clothing/items.
• All white and ivory bodysuits and garments are final sale.
• Accessories including belts, hats and jewelry are final sale.
• Sale items, holiday specials, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and/or Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or receive store credit.
Returns must be in conditions of sale and meet the following requirements;
• Items must be shipped within 7 days of receipt of delivery. As evidenced by the support email and tracking information from the courier.
• Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and include the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Returned items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, cigarette or similar product stains/conditions will be refused.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, please ensure they are packaged properly. Please also retain your proof of postage and tracking number.
• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know when your exchanged part will be shipped or store credit will be issued via email.
• In the rare event that you have received a defective item, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date. Please include pictures of the damage/defect in the email.
• He Store credit has a one-year expiration date.
• Vola´t Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at the sole discretion of Vola´t Boutique

How to initiate a return online?
Please see the Return Policy for more information and to ensure your return meets the requirements.
- Send an email with your name and enter your order number and email address to begin your return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and your order number. Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your order number.
- Once your package is received, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return. When your return is processed, a purchase certificate with the value of your item will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If the email is not in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk or spam folders.
Fair use
• If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't fit well - for example, we suspect someone is actually using their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning pieces more than even our most loyal BFFs would, or the returned items don't match what you ordered. Then we may reserve our right to refuse any returns and we might have to deactivate your account. If this happens to you and you feel we've made a mistake, please contact Support and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
