SHIPPING POLICIES
We provide multiple carriers to deliver packages within the US and Puerto Rico. Once your payment is verified and processed, it may take 7-15 business days for your order to ship, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
Tracking your order
A shipping confirmation will be sent via email once your order has shipped. If the email is not in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk or spam folders. The tracking number and a link to track the package will be included. We are not responsible for shipping delays.
Incorrect shipping
Vola't Boutique is not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping details when you checkout. If you realise that you have made a mistake, please email us as soon as possible explaining the error. However, please note that if the package has already been shipped, we are unable to alter the destination address. The customer will be responsible for paying for the delivery costs.
Delivered but not delivered
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received.
Refused or lost deliveries
Please do not refuse or lose a delivery. For re-deliveries, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Refused or lost deliveries will not be eligible for store credit.
Duty & Taxes
VOLA'T BOUTIQUE is not responsible for and has no control over custom inspections. Any import customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or any other charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for more information.
